Guangdong Btree New Energy Material Co., Ltd new breakthroughs in aluminum-plastic film technology at CIBF2025

The 17th Shenzhen International Battery Technology Exhibition (CIBF2025) will be held grandly at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center from May 15th to 17th, 2025. As a national high-tech enterprise, Guangdong Btree New Energy Material Co., Ltd.,exhibited its latest research and development of lithium battery aluminum-plastic film products, and its thermal and dry process technology became one of the focuses of the materials exhibition area.

Technical strength recognized by the industry

At the exhibition, Guangdong Btree New Energy Material Co., Ltd highlighted the aluminum-plastic film solution suitable for high-energy density batteries. Since the launch of the aluminum-plastic film research and development project in 2012, the company has introduced advanced production lines from Japan, and its annual production capacity has reached 100 million square meters. Its product performance and consistency are among the top in the industry. On site technicians demonstrated the sealing and electrolyte corrosion resistance of aluminum-plastic film in extreme environments, attracting representatives from leading battery companies such as CATL and EVE Energy to stop and exchange ideas.

Deepen cooperation in the industrial chain

This exhibition brings together more than 3200 new energy companies from around the world, and Btree has reached preliminary cooperation intentions with multiple energy storage system manufacturers through this platform. The company stated that with the implementation of the national standard for power battery safety in 2026, its aluminum-plastic film products that comply with VDA standards will accelerate the replacement of imported materials. During the exhibition, the enterprise also participated in the "the Belt and Road" New Energy Cooperation Forum to discuss the market expansion plan in Southeast Asia.

Looking ahead to future layout

Btrees Chairman mentioned in an interview that "the complete set of Japanese imported production lines in the company's second factory has been put into operation, It will help improve the quality and efficiency of China's new energy industry chain." This exhibition further consolidates its leading position in China's high-end aluminum plastic film market.
