On June 24, 2025, Guangdong Btree New Energy Material Co., Ltd achieved industrial application of its independently developed patent for "aluminum foil passivation processing method and aluminum-plastic film preparation method" (CN116180061B), which has improved the electrolyte resistance of aluminum-plastic films by 30%. This technology addresses the industry challenge of bonding strength between aluminum foil layers and polymer materials by modifying the silane composite passivation fluid formula, enabling the puncture strength of aluminum-plastic films to reach an internationally leading level.


Dual process parallelism

The company's Pingtan base utilizes ten-million-yuan-level thermal equipment imported from Japan, achieving a monthly production capacity of 4 million square meters, while retaining the dry production line. Its thermal products exhibit a heat seal strength of 45N/15mm.

Through self-research on CPP film and modified polypropylene adhesive formula, the localization rate of key raw materials has exceeded 80%.

Upgrading environmental compliance
